About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a young graduate to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. As Talent Acquisition
Manager you will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be
reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager accountable for the recruitment and university relations in the EMEA region.
Get ready for a lot of exposure to hiring managers, the local sales team and the European talent acquisition team.

In brief, your tasks will be following:

  • Manage the whole recruitment process for the German and French market
  • Acting as a point of contact for hiring managers and support them throughout their recruitment process
  • Planning and conducting recruitment & selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Continuously improve internal processes to ensure best candidate experience
  • Build talent pipelines through job boards, research and social networks
  • Effective management of relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. recruitment agencies)
  • Train key stakeholders on recruitment practices

Employer Branding
  • Support the HR team in driving the local employer branding strategy
  • Analyzing and developing new cooperations with universities and student associations
  • Responsible for organizing recruitment activities (career fairs, workshops, assessment center)


Hard Skills

  • Education: University degree, Master degree preferred (Management or Psychology)
  • 2-3 years of work experience in Human Resources/ Recruiting, preferably in a recruitment agency
  • Languages: Fluent German skills and excellent English skills, French skills are a plus
