About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for Key Account Manager HoReCa to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Head of Foodservice & Export. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.
You will be responsible for defining, developing and executing with excellence strategic cooperation with Food Service chains in Polish market. You will create and improve route-to-market, manage central budgets, deliver sales targets and promotional activities.

In brief, you will be responsible for;
  • Cooperation with Cash & Carry clients in HoReCa area in Polish market
  • Contract negotiations and managing daily business with key clients
  • Realization of sales plan in line with monthly forecasts through:
    - Maintaining relationships with clients in line with company standards
    - Ensuring the most effective assortment list
    - Planning promotional actions based on the strategic marketing plans in accordance with the yearly budget
  • Looking for new customers and negotiating new business
  • Preparation of monthly sales plans (forecasts) for dedicated sales channel
  • Close cooperation with Sales / Finance / Logistics / European Marketing Operations leading to excellent execution in the market
  • Tight control of allocated budget


Hard Skills
! Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
  • University degree
  • Experience in working with clients from HoReCa channel (key players on the market)
  • Very good knowledge of Polish HoReCa market
  • Very good negotiation, budget management and analytical skills
  • Self-driven, open and passionate attitude
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Driving license
