Trade Spend Analyst
Dublin, Ireland
12 month Maternity Leave Contract

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Trade Spend Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Trade Spend Analyst lies within the Ireland Business Unit. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Wendy Porter, Head of Finance Ireland. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The analysis, accuracy and reconciling of trade spend within key customers will be your primary responsibilities. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Kraft Heinz Ireland.

In brief, you will be responsible for;
  • Key contact person between our Customers and the Commercial teams
  • Ensuring we have visibility, understanding and control of our Trade Spend for a large set of customers
  • Working closely within the Sales Team ensuring every cent of our Trade spend is accounted for in the Forecast and reconciled in the Actuals
  • Partner with the Sales Teams to ensure our Forecasting system is accurate with product pricing & promotions
  • Manage efficiently and effectively the sales administration support to the National Account Managers


Hard Skills
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
  • University Degree (or similar), preferably in a Business or Finance discipline
  • Prior experience in a Commercial Finance Administration / Sales Support role would be advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills, and high degree of computer literacy to be able to use systems and programs effectively.
  • Fluent English
